Recurring Contents
Have you ever wanted to have a holiday-related article that repeats each year? Or a reminder-article about a recurring deadline? Or post a birthday or anniversary greeting that reappears automatically each year?

This new Recurring Content module displays published articles from whatever content sections, content categories, individual items, newsfeed categories, or newsfeed items that you specify. It has many flexible display options. But its unique feature is that it enables you to publish articles that will automatically repeat annually.

To enter an item that will repeat automatically every year, assign a Start Publishing date and a Finish Publishing date in the year 2030. For example: If you want your Article to be visible every year from April 26th to May 10th, give it a Start Publishing date of 2030-04-26 and a Finish Publishing date of 2030-05-10.

If you want to span a year-end, let the Finish Publishing date spill over to 2031. For example: If you want your Article to be visible every year from December 28th to January 14th, give it a Start Publishing date of 2030-12-28 and a Finish Publishing date of 2031-01-14.

To indicate recurring content, we have used a year (2030) in the far future rather than a year in the far past, so that automatic archiving bots will not remove your repeating articles.

It´s a little systemplugin based on original javascript of rockettheme.com he used in ther templates. (licensed under MIT). The script warns Internet Explorer 6 – Users that the Version are old and deprecated. You can configure the messages in plugin parameters.

Joomla Batch Upload
This component uploads users into Joomla 1.0.15 by CSV files. The csv file can be in one of these 4 formats: ******| with passwords |****** username,password,full name,email username,password,firstname,mi,lastname,email ******| no passwords |****** username,full name,email username,firstname,mi,lastname,email It checks the username for availability, size and bad characters. It checks the email for at least 1 (@) and (1). It chops any passwords off at 50 characters (Joomla default) The rows can be all one format or can be a mix of all 4 acceptable formats in one csv file. It uses a language file for english now, but if anyone wants to make any translations please send them to me If you use Community Builder it also gives you a link, after uploading users, to SYNC you Joomla users with your CB users (the CB sync tool has to be loaded in you Joomla. This is my first component so feedback is welcome. I know it works great on my Joomla 1.0.15 install but have no idea about if it works in older versions or Joomla 1.5 legacy. USE AT YOU OWN RISK AND PLEASE!!! BACK UP YOUR DATABASE BEFORE USING THIS COMPONENT!!!!

BreadCrumbs Advanced
It’s just like the default breadcrumbs module from a default Joomla! 1.5.x installation but… with some advanced options and some minor fixes.

Advanced option added:
1. Cut off last breadcrumb (Yes/No)
2. Cut breadcrumb at (give position to cut off)
3. Add character(s) at cut off end (can be any character or none)

Fixes:
1. When Show Last is set to “No” and Show Home is set to “Yes” it now displays the Home-title, even if itself is the last breadcrumb (dissapears in default module).
2. When Show Last is set to “No” the seperator at the end of the line is now hidden (hangin’ at the end of the line in default module).

You can use this module instead of the original one but don’t forget to deactivate the original breadcrumbs and activate this advanced one!

Note: When your template has a line like this one:
…jdoc:include type=”module” name=”breadcrumbs”…

you’ll have to replace the name with “breadcrumbs_advanced”. Or just use another position than “breadcrumb” for the advanced module.

WOW Recruitment Module(Updated with Death knight)
WoW Recruitment Status Mod v1.3 Allows the administrator to select the priority status of each World of Warcraft class and set a note at the footer to all that are seeking to join your guild. The new version allows for notes on each clas. The parameters are located in the module prefs in your administration area like where any other mod is located. Full regards to Dethrock that wrote the beginning of this code. I just added the Death Knight.

Plugin – redesign and template usertests
This is a Joomla! 1.5+ System Plugin that can help site designers and site owners to create a redesign of the site, make small or large changes or user test some specific new features. Think about this, you have a site running but you are not happy with how the links look in your template. First thing you’d probably do in a situation like this is run some tests on your localhost to see what the effect is with different colors.

Please note! This extension is written for PHP 5 only, it will not run on PHP 4

The security issue is an XSS exploit discovered by Jeremias Reith that fortunately only affects IP-based virtual servers running on Apache 2.x. If you are interested only in the security fix, copy wp-includes/feed.php and wp-includes/version.php from the 2.6.5 release package.

2.6.5 contains three other small fixes in addition to the XSS fix. The first prevents accidentally saving post meta information to a revision. The second prevents XML-RPC from fetching incorrect post types. The third adds some user ID sanitization during bulk delete requests. For a list of changed files, consult the full changeset between 2.6.3 and 2.6.5.

Note that we are skipping version 2.6.4 and jumping from 2.6.3 to 2.6.5 to avoid confusion with a fake 2.6.4 release that made the rounds. There is not and never will be a version 2.6.4.
